Crystal has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014 and brings over a decade of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Her approach combines myofascial bodywork, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, with movement assessment to identify restrictions and address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.
Crystal is an avid runner, and enjoys sculpture and throwing clay. She uses massage herself regularly for pain relief, nervous system regulation, and recovery.
